6 Steps from Inquiry
to Running Machine

Step 1 — Inquiry Submission

Submit your requirement via our online inquiry form, email, or phone. Include your tube specifications — material, OD, wall thickness, bend radii, and approximate production rate. The more information you provide, the faster we can prepare an accurate technical response.

You can also share sample components, drawings, or 3D models (SolidWorks, IGES, STEP) for our engineers to review. There is no charge for technical evaluation.

STEP 01
Step 2 — Technical Discussion

Our application engineer will schedule a technical discussion — in person at our Pune facility, via video call, or at your factory — to fully understand your manufacturing requirements, cycle time targets, floor space constraints, and operator skill levels.

For complex or custom requirements, we may request sample tubes for feasibility testing on our existing machines before committing to a design.

STEP 02
Step 3 — Formal Quotation

We prepare and submit a detailed technical-commercial offer including machine model, specifications, tooling list, scope of supply, delivery timeline, payment terms, and warranty conditions. Standard quotations are delivered within 5 working days.

Our quotations include a machine arrangement drawing (GA drawing) so you can verify floor space and utility requirements before confirming the order.

STEP 03
Step 4 — Manufacturing

Upon receipt of Purchase Order and advance payment, your machine enters the manufacturing queue at our Chakan facility. A dedicated project manager is assigned and you receive a manufacturing schedule with milestone dates.

You are welcome to visit our facility for a mid-production review or assembly inspection at any agreed milestone. Progress updates are shared fortnightly via email.

STEP 04
Step 5 — Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Before dispatch, every machine undergoes a comprehensive 48-hour Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on actual customer workpieces. The FAT covers dimensional accuracy, cycle time verification, repeatability testing across 50 production cycles, and safety system checks.

Customer presence at FAT is mandatory for all machines. A full FAT report with dimensional inspection data, cycle logs, and operator sign-off sheets is provided and retained on record.

STEP 05
Step 6 — Delivery, Installation & Training

Machine is fully crated and transported to your facility by our appointed logistics partner. Our service engineer supervises unloading, placement, and commissioning at your factory. Utility connections (power, air) are made and the machine is re-run on your production parts.

A structured 2-day operator training programme is conducted on-site covering machine operation, CNC programming, tool setup, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Training manuals and video documentation are provided.

Payment Terms

Standard terms: 40% advance with PO, 40% at FAT clearance, 20% against delivery. Extended payment structures available for large orders. Bank guarantee and LC also accepted.

Lead Times

Standard machines: 10–14 weeks from PO. Custom SPMs: 16–22 weeks depending on complexity. Delivery timelines are contractually committed and we maintain a strong on-time delivery record.

Warranty & AMC

12-month comprehensive warranty from commissioning date. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) available for years 2 onwards including preventive maintenance visits, spare parts, and priority service response.

Spare Parts

We stock critical wear parts and consumables for all active machine models. Emergency spare parts available for same-day dispatch to anywhere in India. Spare parts kits recommended with every machine purchase.

Every machine is supplied with: CE Declaration, wiring schematics, hydraulic circuit drawings, operation manual, maintenance manual, spare parts list, and FAT report. Available in English and Hindi.
